Our Return Policy
Standard Items
30-day change of mind policy for non-customised items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Custom/Personalised Items
Due to their unique nature, personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind. However, we'll gladly replace or refund if there's a defect or error.
What Can Be Returned

- • Items in original packaging
- • Non-personalised products
- • Items with manufacturing defects
- • Incorrect items received
Not Eligible
- • Personalised/custom items (unless defective)
- • Used or opened candles
- • Items damaged by misuse
- • Items returned after 30 days
- • Sale items (final sale)
How to Return
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Get Approval
We'll review your request and send you return instructions within 1-2 business days.
Ship It Back
Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Keep your tracking number.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- • Your order number
- • Clear photos of the damage/defect
- • Photo of the packaging (if damaged in transit)
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Refund Information
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.
